"Behind a Face" is a multifaceted project designed to be developed in various ways and on different media.
The art style is playful and vibrant.
I am passionate about storytelling through visual art, illustration and digital collage.
At this time I wanted to create subjects that were impactful, easily reproducible and memorable and that could be adapted to different purposes: posters, stickers, t-shirts, bags, postcards, ceramics, mugs, patterns and so on.
I started from simple collages, largely inspired by every day life, nature, body anatomy, geometry and feelings.
The challenge now was to synthesize the graphic elements as much as possible: just three objects/ subjects of various nature and shape, which give life to different faces and expressions.
Keywords: minimalism, bright colours, expressiveness.
I wink at pop art and at the same time I like to give a poetic key and food for thought.
